Durante toda la semana, miles de bares, restaurantes y tiendas especializadas de todo el mundo han realizado alg\u00fan tipo de acci\u00f3n para la promoci\u00f3n de los <strong>vinos tradicionales andaluces.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Tipos de vinos de Jerez<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Finos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Manzanillas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Amontillados.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Palos Cortados.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Olorosos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pale Cream.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cream.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Moscateles.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pedro Ximenez.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Semana de los Vinos en Espa\u00f1a<\/h2>\n<p>Han sido&nbsp; motivo de celebraci\u00f3n en 25 pa\u00edses, en los que las catas, degustaciones y maridajes han despertado un poco m\u00e1s el inter\u00e9s por estos vinos tan \u00fanicos como singulares.<\/p>\n<p>Es en nuestro pa\u00eds donde mas eventos de este tipo se han realizado, cabe destacar que la comunidad del Principado de Asturias, (a pesar de su lejan\u00eda) ha sido la comunidad que m\u00e1s eventos ha realizado despu\u00e9s de <strong>Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>, ya que es la cuna de estos vinos.<\/p>\n<p>Si nos vamos al exterior de nuestras fronteras, es muy interesante descubrir como desde EEUU hasta Jap\u00f3n se llenan de eventos y jornadas en los que el &#8220;<strong>jerez&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;corre por las venas de los incondicionales de estos vinos.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Los Vinos Tradicionales Andaluces<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Utilizamos el t\u00e9rmino jerez para referirnos a estos vinos de forma general, y es un gran error.<\/p>\n<p>Tendr\u00edamos que referirnos a ellos como Los Vinos Tradicionales Andaluces, ya que tambi\u00e9n se elaboran en otros tantos municipios de toda la comunidad Andaluza y no solamente en Jerez, Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda (atr\u00e9vete a pedir un Fino en Sanl\u00facar y me cuentas), Chiclana, Chipiona, Trebujena.<\/p>\n<p>Incluso fuera de la provincia de C\u00e1diz, en C\u00f3rdoba, en Montilla Moriles, donde la forma de elaborar estos <strong>vinos<\/strong> es exactamente igual aunque la variedad utilizada es la Pedro Ximenez.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a este tipo de iniciativas, es posible volver a descubrir unos vinos que han convivido en las cartas de los restaurantes m\u00e1s prestigiosos del mundo hace apenas 40 a\u00f1os, y que por un sinf\u00edn de motivos han llegado casi a caer en el olvido, teniendo de nuevo que andar un largo camino para que no sea raro (ni de &#8220;frikis&#8221;) poder disfrutar de un fino o una manzanilla con la facilidad que se puede hacer de &#8220;un <em>Ribera&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp; o &#8220;un <em>Rioja&#8221;&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;en cualquier bar, o incluso muchas mal llamadas Vinotecas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
