Bajo esta premisa se hace indispensable contar con alguien que lleve la iniciativa y motive a los empleados. <!--more-->Antes, el valor principal de una empresa era el volumen de ventas, pero sin trabajadores motivados que crean en el producto que venden, es dif\u00edcil conseguir clientes. Por ello, ha nacido la figura del l\u00edder, una persona capaz de crear equipos, inspirar pasi\u00f3n a los que le rodean y <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1h4GLPk\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>ser capaz de gestionar y premiar el talento<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>. Podemos tener a una persona s\u00faper brillante y creativa en el equipo, pero \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no tener a m\u00e1s de una? Al pensar desde&nbsp;diferentes puntos de vista podemos llegar a ver oportunidades y debilidades que quiz\u00e1s con el pensamiento individual nunca lleg\u00e1semos a ver. Vivimos en un continuo feedback donde emisor y receptor se intercambian mutuamente informaci\u00f3n. Esta bidireccionalidad aumenta considerablemente la eficacia de la comunicaci\u00f3n, y por tanto, nuestra capacidad para expresarnos y hacernos entender. Continuamente, estamos intercambiando informaci\u00f3n, conocimientos, sentimientos con terceras personas.
