Es uno de los temas que \u00faltimamente traen de cabeza tanto a los <strong>CIO (Chief Information Officer),<\/strong> como a los<strong> CTO (Chief Technology officer).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>&nbsp;\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la raz\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cuando una compa\u00f1\u00eda, decide una adoptar una nueva tecnolog\u00eda, hay que tener claro que desde el momento que se adquiere. Esa tecnolog\u00eda va a <strong>sufrir una mejora continua<\/strong>, con lo que lo que aprendas hoy de ella, ma\u00f1ana es antiguo. As\u00ed que vamos a partir de la premisa, que cuando se adapta una determinada tecnolog\u00eda, y esa tecnolog\u00eda va a estar soportada por lo equipos internos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, <strong>el CIO debe planificar<\/strong> una <strong>formaci\u00f3n constante<\/strong> en dicha tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los temas que &nbsp;los <strong>Chief Information Officer deben&nbsp;<\/strong>tener muy encuentra cuando se implementa una<strong> nueva tecnolog\u00eda,<\/strong> es el grado de conocimiento que hay de dicha tecnolog\u00eda en el mercado. Es esencial,<strong> que el mercado tenga conocimiento de la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> que se implanta, y que haya los suficientes <strong>recursos en el mercado.<\/strong> Dichos recursos se traducen en<strong> conocimiento,<\/strong> y en una variedad suficiente para que te ayude a implementar la tecnolog\u00eda y que sea capaz de formar al equipo que luego debe soportarla. Si adem\u00e1s existe una buena comunidad alrededor de dicha tecnolog\u00eda, esto hace que haya mucho m\u00e1s conocimiento en el mercado.<\/p>\n<h2>Nueva tecnolog\u00eda<\/h2>\n<p>Esto no quiere decir que no nos podamos arriesgar con una tecnolog\u00eda que no sea tan conocida, pero si por temas de necesidades de negocio, la tecnolog\u00eda se alinea con el negocio,<strong> por supuesto que debemos implementarlo,<\/strong> pero debemos asegurarnos muy bien de que exista ese <strong>conocimiento<\/strong> y que luego haya<strong> recursos<\/strong> o comunidad que pueda formar a nuestros recursos en dicha tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h2>Plan de Informaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El plan de formaci\u00f3n debe estar acorde, con dos cosas esenciales: Aplicaciones de la tecnolog\u00eda a las necesidades del negocio y <strong>formaci\u00f3n continuada<\/strong> en la tecnolog\u00eda y en las nuevas capacidades que vayan saliendo de dichas tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En el Master de
