Entonces, \u00bfC\u00f3mo debemos tratar los SLA\u00b4s?,<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 debe tener en cuenta el CIO?.<\/h2>\n<p>No hay una respuesta maestra que d\u00e9 soluci\u00f3n a esto, pero si una serie de consejos a tener en cuenta que creo que pueda ayudar, cuando se contrata un servicio o tecnolog\u00eda, entendiendo como tecnolog\u00eda cualquier producto tecnol\u00f3gico tanto en la nube como fuera de la nube.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tener muy claro, cuales son las necesidades de la compa\u00f1\u00eda que cubre el servicio o tecnolog\u00eda: <\/strong>Parece obvio, pero cuando se contrata un servicio o tecnolog\u00eda debemos tener en cuenta que necesidad vamos a cubrir ya que los <em>service legal agreement<\/em> deben cubrir esa necesidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Como deben cubrir las necesidades del servicio: <\/strong>Cuales son los servicios contratados, y cu\u00e1les son las condiciones del servicio. Otra vez parece obvio, pero el<em> service legal agreement<\/em>&nbsp;debe marcar todo lo que cubre el servicio. Por poner un ejemplo si contratamos un CRM en la nube, cuales son los m\u00f3dulos que voy a usar, que nivel de personalizaci\u00f3n permite, cual es el coste de servicio, etc\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Indemnizaciones por falta de servicio o por incumplimiento de SLA: <\/strong>Al final estamos poniendo la gesti\u00f3n de una parte de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, en manos de un proveedor externo. Por lo que el proveedor debe cumplir los m\u00ednimos exigidos de servicio, y en caso de no cumplirlos debe existir una contraprestaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica o de mejora del servicio. Por experiencia si la contraprestaci\u00f3n es econ\u00f3mica, mejor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Planes de salida del servicio: <\/strong>Para terminar un punto esencial, que pocas veces se tienen en cuenta y se debe plantear desde el principio, que es como vamos a establecer la salida de servicio. Sobre todo, cuando se trata de un servicio cloud, como se va entregar la devoluci\u00f3n de servicio. Imaginemos que contratamos un ERP en la nube, y unos de los puntos esenciales si vamos a dejar el servicio, como nos van a devolver los datos. El software es suyo, pero los datos en todo momento es del cliente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al final el CIO y el equipo de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n <strong>debe ser conscientes de los SLA\u00b4s que firman,<\/strong> y tener muy bien controlado que se est\u00e1 firmando, y que servicios nos dan, para evitar disgustos en el momento m\u00e1s inoportuno.<\/p>\n<p>En el Master de IMF Business School, detallamos en la asignatura de Legal IT, como se debe realizar estos SLA\u00b4s y que se debe tener, para tener un servicio bueno, duradero y seguro para las necesidades de la
