Y el m\u00e1s importante y dif\u00edcil no estar\u00e1 relacionado con las t\u00e9cnicas o avances en herramientas f\u00edsicas, sino ps\u00edquicas, la formaci\u00f3n continua y la puesta al d\u00eda de m\u00e9todos y estrategias de gesti\u00f3n son el pilar para estar en punta.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante entender el siguiente concepto si renovamos maquinaria con muchas prestaciones que pensamos nunca vamos a necesitar, o por ejemplo cuando contratamos un asesor y el jefe le dice: \u201ctienes que hacer esto as\u00ed\u2026\u201d y el profesional sabe que eso no es correcto. Se debe informar y tratar de explicar por qu\u00e9 no es el camino \u00f3ptimo, pero que pasa si el jefe tiene 65 a\u00f1os y 40 en la empresa\u2026.? Y no entiende las explicaciones de un reci\u00e9n licenciado de 28\u2026 dos mundos.<\/p>\n<p>El profesional debe contestar: <a style=\"background: rgba(0, 152, 209, 0.1) url('https:\/\/blogs.imf-formacion.com\/blog\/corporativo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Twitter_logo_blue_16.png') no-repeat right top; padding-right: 15px;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?url=https%3A%2F%2Fblogs.imf-formacion.com%2Fblog%2Fmba%2Fser-muy-prudente-en-la-gestion-puede-hacerte-incompetente%2F&amp;via=IMFFORMACION&amp;text=%E2%80%9CNo%20estoy%20para%20hacer%20lo%20que%20t%C3%BA%20me%20digas%2C%20sino%20para%20que%20negocio%20sea%20rentable%22%20%40karmaplaton%20&amp;hashtags=mbaIMF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cno estoy aqu\u00ed para hacer lo que t\u00fa me digas, sino para que ganes dinero y este negocio te sea rentable\u201d<\/a><br \/>\nGeneralmente las directrices de antiguos dirigentes y filosof\u00edas excesivamente prudentes son causantes de declives\u00a0 de negocios tradicionales, donde el <strong><em>relevo generacional es imprescindible<\/em><\/strong>, donde o bien se hace desaparecer las empresas o se decide que vuelvan a nacer con otra forma y cuerpo socio econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p>La prudencia es una m\u00e1xima de nuestros mayores, que debemos respetar, aprender, pero \u00a0en la que se apoyan la mitad de decisiones menos arriesgadas que dan pie a pocos beneficios o inversiones de poco potencial.<\/p>\n<p>No se puede justificar el miedo o la falta de desarrollo a una <strong>pol\u00edtica prudente de gesti\u00f3n. <\/strong>\u00a0En finanzas la prudencia es el inter\u00e9s fijo, donde se gana poco y se crece casi nada, pero no se pierde. Es l\u00edcito, \u00a0pero en un escenario de la velocidad\u00a0 del que estamos viviendo ya no es la mejor opci\u00f3n, <a style=\"background: rgba(0, 152, 209, 0.1) url('https:\/\/blogs.imf-formacion.com\/blog\/corporativo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Twitter_logo_blue_16.png') no-repeat right top; padding-right: 15px;\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?url=https%3A%2F%2Fblogs.imf-formacion.com%2Fblog%2Fmba%2Fser-muy-prudente-en-la-gestion-puede-hacerte-incompetente%2F&amp;via=IMFFORMACION&amp;text=%22Para%20aprender%20hay%20que%20equivocare%20y%20caerse%22%20by%20%40karmaplaton%20&amp;hashtags=mbaIMF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ser tan prudente es perder.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Porque se puede perder por pasivos negativos, o por activos demasiado bajos a la competencia.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando hablamos de formar a profesionales mayores en edad y de mucha experiencia no es para que sepan hacer o tengan las destrezas y velocidad de gesti\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes hoy en d\u00eda, sino para que sepan entender las explicaciones que les van a dar, sobre las nuevas estrategias de mercado las nuevas generaciones.<\/p>\n<p>No se trata de saber hacer de todo en esta vida, sino de saber encontrar quien y donde te lo hagan de la manera m\u00e1s eficiente y econ\u00f3mica. Lo ideal es encontrar el equilibrio entre una m\u00ednima prudencia y la confianza en lo nuevo.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando la prudencia incluso en j\u00f3venes predomina en el enfoque de sus decisiones, est\u00e1n frenando su desarrollo, hay que atreverse y no hay m\u00e1s verdad que la que confirma que <strong>\u201cpara aprender hay que equivocare y caerse\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como empresario no conf\u00edes en alguien que dice que nunca se ha equivocado, y menos a\u00fan en alguien que dice pretender no equivocarse jam\u00e1s\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Animar a formarse a los ejecutivos de avanzada edad es la mejor manera de desarrollar una empresa, porque entonces aprovechara <strong>la experiencia y sabidur\u00eda, y el complemento de formaci\u00f3n, nuevas t\u00e9cnicas y tecnolog\u00eda,<\/strong> <strong>y empuje, garra y atrevimiento de la gente m\u00e1s joven.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a
