Asimismo se analiz\u00f3 la implantaci\u00f3n del sistema en la <strong>gesti\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n sanitaria no tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, en cuya mesa tuve la oportunidad de participar personalmente exponiendo las ventajas de la utilizaci\u00f3n de las redes sociales para crear conexiones entre profesionales de Lean Healthcare y fomentar <strong>espacios comunes de aprendizaje colectivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mejora continua para el paciente<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El sistema Lean manufacturing ha sido el espejo en donde se han mirado miles de empresas industriales y de servicios para mejorar sus operaciones y sus procesos de producci\u00f3n. Esta revoluci\u00f3n ha llegado a la sanidad con el nombre de Lean Healthcare o Lean Sanidad, a diversos centros hospitalarios de los Estados Unidos, como el Virginia Mason Hospital o el Park Nicollet Hospital y en Europa el National Health Service Brit\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a se est\u00e1 implantando en organismos como Fundaci\u00f3n Hospital Calahorra, L&#8217;Alian\u00e7a y el Consorci Sanitari Integral para obtener mejoras sustanciales en los par\u00e1metros cr\u00edticos de su actividad.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan palabras ofrecidas a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.diariomedico.com\" rel=\"nofollow\">Diario M\u00e9dico<\/a> por <strong>Pelayo Benito<\/strong>, responsable de estrategia de Osenseis Lean y tutor del <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><a style=\"color: #993300;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imf-formacion.com\/masters-profesionales\/master-in-business-administration\">Master in Business Administration <\/a><\/span><\/strong>de IMF Business School, hay que recalcar la importancia de que <em>\u00abno puede existir&nbsp;Lean&nbsp;si no se empieza por tener en cuenta a las personas\u00bb<\/em>, e incide tambi\u00e9n en la mejora que supone para la calidad y la seguridad del paciente, dado que \u00abuna de las bases es la mejor gesti\u00f3n del tiempo, tanto de esperas como de estancias, lo que reduce las posibilidades de sufrir un evento adverso\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Tienes a tu disposici\u00f3n las ponencias realizadas en la web oficial de la jornada.
