Seg\u00fan la formaci\u00f3n acumulada de algunos principales socios, lo que ha desvelado un estudio de la asociaci\u00f3n de startup es que los recursos humanos del tejido emprendedor son la l\u00ednea m\u00e1s obsoleta en desarrollo empresarial, pero analicemos el tipo DAFO de este perfil profesional. Desde los principales portales y plataformas de emprendedores y en base a cientos de proyectos.<\/p>\n

Marketing<\/u><\/em><\/strong> as\u00ed como capacidades de proyecci\u00f3n en la imagen de marga y su desarrollo completo, ser\u00e1n excepcionales en networking hoy d\u00eda imprescindible, pero vigilar bien sus objetivos originales, las personas creativas tienden a disipar las metas durante el recorrido.<\/p>\n

Finanzas,<\/u><\/em><\/strong> donde deber\u00e1n reforzar las \u00e1reas de previsi\u00f3n, y planificaci\u00f3n futuras, para no caer en desv\u00edos y descontrol, sus mejores armas los MBA en econ\u00f3micas, deber\u00e1n estar m\u00e1s presentes en el escenario del cliente para entender y asimilar las necesidades reales del individuo, tienden a generalizar.<\/p>\n

Sabr\u00e1n muy bien moverse en redes sociales.<\/p>\n

Legal<\/u><\/em> <\/strong>con conocimientos profundos de las leyes del pa\u00eds donde ejercer\u00e1n la actividad, actualizados en informaci\u00f3n y marcos internacionales. Ser\u00e1n Master en disciplinas concretas del entorno de negocio.<\/p>\n

Podr\u00e1n desarrollar el mind fullness como complemento a sus capacitaciones, convirtiendo todas sus fortalezas en herramientas de \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed como en dominio de herramientas t\u00e9cnicas, siendo un perfil muy esquem\u00e1tico y que optimiza los procesos de an\u00e1lisis de datos, buscando informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil y r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n

No es tan importante lo que haya hecho, o las experiencias, sino lo que sepa que puede hacer,  la seguridad y confianza que transmite en sus capacidades es el punto de partida para seleccionar al mejor startup para un proyecto, si se vende a si mismo bien es que sabr\u00e1 ejecutar un negocio. Lo que dice m\u00e1s de un emprendedor es su imagen y la imagen de marca de s\u00ed mismo que es capaz de generar. Aqu\u00ed veremos m\u00e1s de su perfil y potencial que en su CV.<\/p>\n
