\"El<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

La gesti\u00f3n de los recursos humanos siempre es la principal tarea de todo Directivo, y el CIO o Director de Sistemas, no es una excepci\u00f3n. Al igual que el Director de compras, ha de tratar con una serie de perfiles, espec\u00edficos, en este casos perfiles m\u00e1s negociadores, o administrativos. En el caso del CIO, debe tratar con una serie de perfiles que tienen algunas peculiaridades.<\/p>\n

Perfiles de un departamento de sistemas<\/h2>\n

El departamento de sistemas cuenta a nivel global, con los siguientes perfiles. Programadores, Analistas de sistemas e infraestructuras, analistas de negocio, jefes de proyecto, responsable de aplicaciones, responsable de infraestructuras y arquitectura y responsable de seguridad.<\/p>\n

Dependiendo del tama\u00f1o del departamento de Sistemas, tendremos unos perfiles en otros, los perfiles m\u00e1s habituales son programadores, analistas de sistemas e infraestructuras, analistas de negocio y jefes de proyecto,<\/strong> cada uno de estos perfiles necesitan una gesti\u00f3n espec\u00edfica, ya que el objetivo del CIO, es sacar lo mejor de cada uno de ellos y que sean lo m\u00e1s productivos para la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n

El concepto de equipo debe estar totalmente integrado en la filosof\u00eda de cada uno de ellos, aunque suene a lema hecho, el departamento de sistemas, se debe mover en el lema de los mosqueteros: \u00abTodos para uno y uno para todos\u00bb<\/strong>. Donde la base del departamento se basa en la confianza en que cada uno de sus miembros har\u00e1 sus funciones, sin temor al conflicto, ya que cada uno de los miembros debe opinar sobre los problemas, sin tapujos diciendo lo que piensa para solventar las incidencias que haya habido en el equipo, con compromiso en el trabajo que se est\u00e1 haciendo, teniendo muy claro cu\u00e1l es cada una de las responsabilidades de cada uno de ellos, y con el objetivo final de los resultados que se espera del equipo.<\/p>\n

Los retos del CIO para gestionar a su equipo<\/h2>\n

Uno de los grandes males que tiene los Recursos humanos que componen el departamento de Sistemas de informaci\u00f3n, es que se fijan exclusivamente en la parte t\u00e9cnica, en la tecnolog\u00eda, y pierden de vista el negocio. Uno de los trabajos principales del CIO, es hacer comprender al equipo que los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n, deben ser flexibles, para poder adaptarse al negocio<\/strong>, y que deben ser los sistemas los que se deben flexibilizar al negocio, y alinearse al negocio y no al contrario. En este tarea se vuelve esencial, el perfil de analista de negocio, que es el que debe hacer entre nexo de uni\u00f3n en ambas partes, y el truco esencial no es que haya este perfil, si no que todos los perfiles, tenga interiorizados su parte de analista de negocio<\/strong>, ya sea un programador, o analista de sistemas, o jefe de proyecto, convirti\u00e9ndose todos en analistas de negocio, y pensando siempre en las necesidades de negocio<\/strong> en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de lo que hace,<\/p>\n
