muy interesantes<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>, he asistido a dos: Reclutamiento 2.0 impartido por Eva Collado,<\/span>Directora de Innovaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de Personas en IMF <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>y<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>el seminario sobre Coaching Empresarial impartido por Cayetano Polo, experto en coaching profesional.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>En<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>ambos seminarios he aprendido nuevas t\u00e9cnicas y herramientas actuales para desarrollar mejor mi actividad profesional, pero en ambos seminarios exist\u00eda un mismo objetivo gestionar el talento de las organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span humano que existe en la propia empresa. Con el fin de que las empresas tengan un mayor n\u00famero de empleados de alto potencial que contribuyan al desempe\u00f1o actual y futuro a trav\u00e9s de sus competencias t\u00e9cnicas, sociales, comerciales o de gesti\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una encuesta dirigida por The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) y la Asociaci\u00f3n Europea de Gesti\u00f3n de Personal (EAPM) ha puesto de manifiesto que el mayor reto al que tendr\u00e1n que hacer frente los departamentos de recursos humanos de las empresas europeas es la gesti\u00f3n del talento. El informe establece que se avecina una escasez de talento, tanto en Europa como en nuevos mercados en el extranjero, y las empresas tendr\u00e1n que dar algunos pasos para hacer frente a esa escasez.
