class=\"MsoNormal\">La ministra de Empleo y Seguridad Social, F\u00e1tima B\u00e1\u00f1ez, ha presentado ante el Consejo de Ministros el Anteproyecto de Ley de medidas en materia de liquidaci\u00f3n e ingreso de cuotas de la Seguridad Social. El <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;<\/span><b>nuevo procedimiento de facturaci\u00f3n que la Seguridad Social har\u00e1 directamente a las empresas por las obligaciones de cotizaci\u00f3n<\/b>. Con este sistema dispondr\u00e1n cada mes de un c\u00e1lculo individualizado de las cuotas sociales para cada trabajador.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Se trata de un medio de facturaci\u00f3n directa que permitir\u00e1 establecer un control integrado de la recaudaci\u00f3n basado en el c\u00e1lculo previo por parte de la Administraci\u00f3n de las cuotas de Seguridad Social para cada uno de los trabajadores de las empresas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">El objetivo es triple: minimizar posibles errores, optimizar la informaci\u00f3n facilitada a empresas y trabajadores y facilitar el pago de cuotas por medios telem\u00e1ticos. Es una de las medidas m\u00e1s destacas de la Comisi\u00f3n para la reforma de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas (CORA).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;La previsi\u00f3n es que el sistema de facturaci\u00f3n directa aprobado en el Consejo de Ministros comience a introducirse durante el \u00faltimo trimestre de<b> 2014<\/b> \u2013empezando por el R\u00e9gimen General- y que se vaya ampliando gradualmente hasta su completa implantaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">El procedimiento se inicia cuando la TGSS notifica a las empresas que cumplen los requisitos establecidos la obligatoriedad de unirse al sistema de liquidaci\u00f3n directa. Una vez incorporada la empresa (a partir del primer d\u00eda del mes siguiente al de la recepci\u00f3n de la notificaci\u00f3n), el sistema estar\u00e1 operativo desde del tercer mes natural siguiente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">La empresa deber\u00e1 entonces solicitar a la TGSS el c\u00e1lculo de la liquidaci\u00f3n de cuotas de sus trabajadores entre los d\u00edas primero y pen\u00faltimo natural del plazo reglamentario de ingreso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Finalmente, el empresario ingresar\u00e1 la factura mediante cargo en cuenta o pago electr\u00f3nico. Se eliminan as\u00ed desplazamientos innecesarios y se acaba con los boletines de cotizaci\u00f3n, con el consiguiente ahorro econ\u00f3mico y de tr\u00e1mites.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Fuente:
