Mi mentor en estos temas, <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.imf-formacion.com\/blog\/recursos-humanos\/juan-carlos-barcelo\/\">Juan&nbsp;Carlos Barcel\u00f3<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, me descubri\u00f3 un nuevo mundo, tan amplio que, a veces, caigo rendida&nbsp;de tanto pensar en c\u00f3mo lograr un objetivo&#8230; mejorar mi marca personal. Cada d\u00eda me&nbsp;surgen nuevas dudas para poder avanzar en mi nueva estrategia de empleabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me centrar\u00e9 en una de las fases de la Selecci\u00f3n 2.0, el reclutamiento. Muchos&nbsp;podr\u00e1n pensar que es m\u00e1s complicado, poco fiable, que se pueden perder candidatos&nbsp;muy valiosos, que los m\u00e9todos aplicados hasta ahora son m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos, completos&#8230; y&nbsp;que hay muchos curr\u00edculum entre los que elegir gracias a los recursos que se usan, hoy&nbsp;en d\u00eda, en la mayor\u00eda de Empresas espa\u00f1olas (bolsas de empleo online como infojobs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mi punto de vista con respecto a hacer reclutamiento 2.0, es el siguiente:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Tienes la opci\u00f3n de buscar a las personas que est\u00e1n m\u00e1s comprometidas con los&nbsp;puestos que desempe\u00f1an o quieren desempe\u00f1ar. Personas que intentan estar al d\u00eda con el&nbsp;campo que les compete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Puedes ver si la informaci\u00f3n que da puede ser real o aproximada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Hay rasgos de personalidad que pueden dejarse entrever en algunas ocasiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y estas son algunas caracter\u00edsticas que podemos encontrar en un reclutamiento&nbsp;realizado con redes sociales&#8230; hacer el Proceso de Selecci\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s completo,&nbsp;una de las acciones que puedes llevar a cabo es interactuar con posibles candidatos antes&nbsp;de que ellos sepan que est\u00e1n participando en un Proceso de Selecci\u00f3n, lo cual nos puede&nbsp;dar mucha informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a los reclutamientos realizados con las bolsas de empleo online, seg\u00fan&nbsp;mi experiencia y la de otros colegas de este campo, puedes acceder a muchos candidatos&nbsp;de los cuales la mayor\u00eda no cumplen el perfil establecidos, debido a que estas bolsas de&nbsp;empleo online no poseen filtros para descartar a los candidatos que quieren acceder a los&nbsp;puestos de trabajo sin cumplir las caracter\u00edsticas requeridas. Es obvio que no puedes ver&nbsp;1000 curr\u00edculums para un reclutamiento efectivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un Proceso de Selecci\u00f3n realizado con redes sociales, busca informaci\u00f3n en&nbsp;diferentes p\u00e1ginas webs (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook&#8230;).
