La tecnolog\u00eda se ha convertido en un gran aliado para la formaci\u00f3n. Gracias a los tel\u00e9fonos de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, tabletas y dem\u00e1s dispositivos m\u00f3viles, recibir un curso se hace m\u00e1s sencillo, m\u00e1s barato y m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo. Y en concreto en Espa\u00f1a, pa\u00eds que ocupa el primer puesto en Europa en el uso de la formaci\u00f3n online en las organizaciones.<\/p>\n

Para las empresas supone llegar a un mayor n\u00famero de empleados por un precio m\u00e1s asequible. El desarrollo de la tecnolog\u00eda y el \u00e9xito de los dispositivos m\u00f3viles en la poblaci\u00f3n hacen que las empresas se aprovechen de estas circunstancias para ahorrar costes.<\/p>\n

Por otra parte, el amplio uso de los smartphones<\/em> y de las redes sociales han obligado a los expertos en este tipo de ense\u00f1anza a plantearse una nueva forma de hacer formaci\u00f3n digital. Los nuevos soportes permiten una forma de hacer e-learning<\/em> m\u00e1s participativa, colaborativa y divertida. Aspectos que hasta hace unos a\u00f1os la formaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la Red carec\u00eda: ya no hace falta estar sentado frente al ordenador para estudiar, ahora es posible realizar un trabajo a cualquier hora, y en caso de duda, el profesor est\u00e1 a una distancia de un clic. Es decir, facilitan la interacci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n activa entre el docente y los alumnos mejorando la calidad de la formaci\u00f3n online.<\/p>\n
