La red social\u00a0<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1o 2005, dirigida por Marcelo Pi\u00f1eyro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Varios aspirantes se presentan a la prueba de selecci\u00f3n de un puesto ejecutivo en una empresa multinacional; el triunfador, el agresivo, la mujer insegura, el cr\u00edtico, el indeciso\u2026\u00a0En un clima de tensa competitividad, el miedo y las dudas se ir\u00e1n apoderando de los participantes, que caen en un estado de paranoia\u2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El M\u00e9todo muestra un proceso de selecci\u00f3n que eval\u00faa al candidato de manera completa, dura y exhaustiva. Se pone a prueba la \u00e9tica empresarial, la capacidad de liderazgo personal y profesional, el complejo de inferioridad mujer-hombre, la capacidad de tomar decisiones inesperadas en cent\u00e9simas de segundo, el ego del poder, la avaricia, la codicia y el esp\u00edritu de supervivencia.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2TwoJeuKAdk<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Recursos_humanos\"><\/span><strong>2. \u00a0Recursos humanos<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1o 1999, dirigida por\u00a0Laurent Cantet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un joven universitario es contratado como pasante en el departamento de RRHH de una f\u00e1brica francesa.\u00a0Lleno de ilusi\u00f3n e ingenuidad, est\u00e1 convencido de que sus esfuerzos servir\u00e1n para que los sindicatos y la direcci\u00f3n alcancen un acuerdo sobre la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El protagonista se ve envuelto en un plan de ajuste, que incluye a su propio padre; consiste en la implantaci\u00f3n de 35 horas laborales, las cuales permitir\u00e1n trabajar menos pero al mismo tiempo cobrar menos, para hacer frente a una bajada de los beneficios en la empresa, \u00e9sta hace un programa de desajuste.\u00a0Investiga y consigue acceder a un documento confidencial, una carta con una lista de los obreros que la empresa tiene pensado despedir, en ese momento es cuando se da cuenta que su trabajo es una tapadera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto el protagonista se encuentra entre un desajuste tanto en la vida laboral como tambi\u00e9n en su propia casa, es aqu\u00ed donde se plantea si es mejor la solidaridad laboral o el trabajar para un solo.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=OqHrbRkMamc<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_The_Company_Men\"><\/span><strong>3. \u00a0The Company Men<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1o 2010, dirigida por\u00a0John Wells<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quedarse sin trabajo es algo que puede suceder a cualquier edad y en cualquier situaci\u00f3n. Es por eso que esta pel\u00edcula no incide en las causas de la crisis, sino en las consecuencias que \u00e9sta tiene sobre un grupo de hombres que, en cierto modo, representan distintas clases sociales. Por un lado dos ejecutivos con un tren de vida bastante alto, pero al fin y al cabo peones en una empresa, f\u00e1cilmente prescindibles. Uno, 17 a\u00f1os en la misma, el otro, 30, toda una vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tenemos al que est\u00e1 por encima de ellos, otro ejecutivo con un tren de vida a\u00fan mayor. Un personaje que a pesar de estar en contra de los despidos de la empresa, tiene que tragar con ello. Y por \u00faltimo, alejado de ese tipo de vida casi de millonarios, nos encontramos con un carpintero, representante de la clase media, del currante de a pie, al que tambi\u00e9n toca la crisis. El viaje del director de recursos humanos<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1o 2010, dirigida por Eran Riklis<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gerente de Recursos Humanos de la panader\u00eda m\u00e1s grande de Jerusal\u00e9n tiene serios problemas: est\u00e1 separado de su mujer, distanciado de su hija y atrapado en un trabajo que odia. Cuando una de sus empleadas, de origen extranjero, muere debido a la explosi\u00f3n de un hombre-bomba y su cuerpo no es reclamado por nadie, se acusa a la panader\u00eda de inhumanidad. Su eslogan dice as\u00ed:\u00a0\u201cNo se hacen 500 millones de amigos sin hacer unos cuantos enemigos.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content-asset videofit\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"La red
